Tips to learn how to spot enemies?
So while playing this game I noticed that one of my problems is that I don't spot enemies quickly enough. It isn't a problem of my sight, but rather that I confuse what is environment and what a player's head. I don't want to learn each object in each map of rainbow, so I am looking for any tip / practice method to improve spotting people.

Mainly it is the problem of heads. I don't know how people know what is a head and what a flower pot...

The lighting and texture blur is really bad in this game, I think I change my settings every month trying to find some magical solution. Sometimes I can't even see the terrorists in thunt. The same thing happens with default skins, it's a product of blurry lighting and the fact that you're fighting against slivers of heads and shoulders and the dreaded peeker's advantage made worse by leaning and bullet trajectory following the gunsight instead of the gun muzzle. Some maps are definitely worse than others, I really struggle on Skyscraper for example, I think I've given up trying to see anyone outside the window next to that reception desk for example. I literally see something there, but I'm in this whole long conversation with myself if that's actually a person or a fixture outside. So yeah, you're not the only one struggling with this. My main recommendation to you is to adjust your settings in this order Clarity > Performance > Eye Candy. I also recommend you avoid using 1.0x guns and stick with 1.5 and above, if you use Vulkan do not use the Holo(it's blurry).

keep an i eye on shadows aswell cause sometimes people (like me) dont notice shadows moving
if you don't want to learn every object in the game then shoot at anything that might be a head. this isn't a troll i'm being 100% serious, just prefire everything

I'll look at this solution later

While moving it is pretty hard to shoot at everything...

If you playing siege with maxed shadow setting you can see they shadow and bang them throu wall in first round you should check how enemies are playing and in next round you can be prepared if one of these will sit on some places or roam etc
