finka's spear has basically no recoil and decent damage, RPM is a little low tho
for a defender , it's very good
cav's shotgun is one of the best semi automatic shotguns in the game
insane DPS and good firerate
c4 and impacts, speak for themselves really.
Hibanna's smg secondary is far better then a regular pistol
and after the recoil buff it is viable at med range
easily top tier loadout for a defender
her gadget on the other hand is
just alright, while it is nice to have heals stations, and 3 of them at that
they heal attackers and have a fairly large cooldown
placement is key with her gadget to get the most use out of them
overall, i think thunderbird is in the running to become
a top tier defender just due to her loadout
and honestly, she isn't "op" or "weak"
just insanely solid.
but ubi will probably nerf the stations, i'v already been hearing many people complaining about her having 3 of them
we'll see tho
also wouldn't be surprised if she looses ether the c4 or impacts eventually
Previous cases of 2/2 that used shotgun with machine pistols have proven that combo strong, similarly the 3 speed with AR has been also proven to be strong AF to runouts and spawn peek since the extra range helps
but i feel ubisoft has made run outs so risky at this point, if you actually do get runout
on someone it was mostly due to the other players lack of awareness
after playing each map alot, you will learn the runouts/spawnpeeks and should always be checking them when you are approaching the building
if i get spawnpeeked or ran out on it was my fault
attackers have the stronger guns with higher zoom scopes
and with the timer being 1 second before you get literal wall hacks on them
i don't feel like its even an issue anymore, not to mention nearly all of the spawnpeeks
from inside the building on maps has been adjusted and nerfed into the ground
there aren't many anymore

Jager isn't a 3 speed anymore tho
his gadget is a shell of what it used to be
his recoil is cracked,
and hes a 2 speed now.
i think they took it way to far, at the very least he should get his 3 speed back

It's probably going to be another Jager incident right here waiting to happen. I still don't get why Jager was getting nerfed. You can check my account (Wiesell.) and I don't really play Jager too much. Jager wasn't even that good; you got people playing bandit or valkryie that dealt as much damage as his. Sure his gadget is really helpful, but why nerf the rifle? I think history always repeats whenever this happens. Ubisoft always nerfs the popular operator, then they buff the unpicked operators and they become strong and they get nerfed. Trust me, that bearing 9 is going to go away. Either her gadget or her guns are going to get nerfed, like history repeats.
