I use hi-fi, but at this point my whole settings page is just a methfest

The video is 3 years old and I think they have changed settings regarding sound a short time ago.

As I have been told, the Night Mode is better but I also see people who say that Hi-Fi is better because everything is heard louder.

I've been using Hi-Fi since 2016 but never tested out TV or Night Mode. Maybe do your own tests to see which one suits you better.

All about preference, but I believe the majority of players use Hi-Fi.
