Not every Mira strat revolves around having the ability to kill around the edge. Even if that were the case, not every spot makes it easy to defend the opposite side of the window. There are already plenty of ways to deal with a mira as is, from attacking at a different angle/through floors, hard breachers like Hibana/Ace, smoke grenades (to block line of sight), and many other strategies. Now all it's going to take is 1 smoke grenade to completely invalidate Mira strats in a large majority of locations, and being able to use them to assist with Bandit/Kaid tricking is going to be impossible.
On top of that, their recoil nerfs are only going to affect lower ranked players. Professional players or high ranking players who play this game all the time can handle any recoil, no matter how bad it is. If people can handle the SMg-11 recoil at range (which they can), then no amount of recoil increase is going to affect skilled players. Increasing recoil (as well as a large majority of the changes made this patch) is only going to make it even more difficult for casual players and/or people who don't have a lot of time to play to get anywhere.
This game just keeps making the casual experience worse and worse, and it will continue to get worse and worse as long as they keep up this pace.
