I know some are on sale now, do others regularly go on sale, as 50000 renown is quite a bit, as I'm trying to unlock operator with renown too

those bundles are useless, yes they go on sale regularly and they release new bundles very often so dont waste your renown first unlock all the operators, then go for bundles if you want, but I personally think they are not worth it, better save renown and buy in game event packs, And moreover you can just get alpha packs from just playing the game and these also include the items from bundles as well.

Yeh, there are only a few decent ones, but you can't get event packs with renown?

You can buy event packs with renown.
