Enemy kills me before I even see them
Every match I've played since installing the game, it seems that there's a huge latency issue. In every kill cam, I am exposed to the enemy for at least a full second before I even retaliate to them, while on my screen, I see them for a split second and am instantly killed. Is anyone else experiencing this and is there a solution to this issue?

FPS,System and Connection are always top. No FPS-Drops or something

happens from time to time. no solution for you, except trying it later or another day again.

i think it may be from screen ration, i dunno. sometimes the kill cam got buggy

I honestly sometimes feel dudes are a split second ahead of me. It's odd.

Agreed, against all odds from my previous takes on this subject. Either I've just joined the "ree, game bad!" club, or the Amazon server change had a serious impact. I've noticed in this past week that there's been incomprehensibly bad hitreg, and terrible peekers advantage. I've been playing this game non-stop consistently for this past year and a half, and I've never noticed any problems at all, and I honestly doubt it's a placebo, because I start every day fresh and unbiased, not expecting any issues whatsoever

even f2p csgo dont have this problem(it had but devs solved problem with peek advantage)

As said, peeker's advantage. They are expecting you, they are the active part, they have pings on their side most of the time, because low latency deviation favours the peeker automatically and the game has to properly interpret the movement, too, first. Send it to the server, sends it to you.

That's just it though, the servers have been odd lately
It has been a thing for months, sadly, for my friends and me. Clips of people, even pros, getting peeked so fast, that the model doesn't even show, etc.

The servers have been bad since Shadow Legacy. I suspect it's because they switched over to Amazon Gamelift servers from MS Azure. Azure servers weren't perfect but you could hold an angle and not regret it most of the time. I try and not hold angles anymore. Peek a lot and go around corners aggressively, that's the current meta of siege. It's annoying to play this style, no one wants to lose to something they can't see.

It was like this in siege awhile ago, the old players will remember how bad peeker's advantage used to be with the lower tick servers, or how it used to favor high ping abusers. People would quicklean and drop shot all the time because those things adjusted hurtboxes and the fact that what you see is in fact delayed. Now all that stuff is back in force(well maybe not dropshoting), but no one is saying much about it. The combination of the speed of operators, the fact that you are leaning around corners exposing slight portions of your head only, the bullet is coming from your gun site instead of your gun muzzle and the low time to kill all make peeker's advantage much worse than in most other online shooters. LAN siege doesn't have as many issue with this. Not much we can do about it.

Crap servers = mad peeker advantage.

Pile on your ping, other players' pings, 50ms or so of server processing time in the middle, general server instability and desynched game animations and you have one hell of an inconsistent mess when it comes to peeker advantage.
