so i bought the games deluxe edition and year 5 pass on epic games,so if i purchase a standard edition on steam,will the progress same on ubisoft even though it's the same account that link on epic games and steam or it will not save the progress?

Yes everything uses your Ubisoft account regardless of where you bought the game from, providing that you've linked the same Ubisoft account on both.

It's not crossplay, when you buy Rainbow Six Siege on any platform, you're merely just adding them to your library of that platform, they will forever be a Ubisoft game, solely using Ubisoft account.

Your Steam account doesn't have any stats, nor does your Epic Games account. It's all using your Ubisoft account only. All DLCs are synched together, all editions are synched together, all in-game unlocks and cosmetics are synched together, they're all account-bound to your Ubisoft account only.
