So probably the suits in Ubi, made the devs focus in new operators & MTX's. After all Siege it's the most successful money cow, Ubisoft Entertainment S.A. multi billion worth corporation, made in a long time.
Are the "suits" / investors & high directive charges at the Ubisoft corporation. But I could be wrong about it, and maybe the devs either A) They don't have enough resources & programmers to do it; B) They're lazy to do it; C) The game base code is still burning spaghetti / a huge mess; D) They're probably a bit / a tad incompetent like Dead by Daylight devs. Among other alternatives, who knows?
I'm completely with you on this one. Ubisoft is a corporation and their top priority much like any other large business is maximising cashflow.
They even had to customise and adjust the game to appeal to the Chinese market with all their restrictions in mind so the game would sell there.
There is a lot of crystal clear patterns such as exclusively listening to those who has the highest publicity (streamers and pro-league players), only selling skins for the most sought after operators, so on and so forth.
It is saddening to see how corporate greed is resorting them to inconsiderate or immoral practices.
I have mentioned this a few times here and there and I believe others have too, a shooting range would be very useful thing to have to familiarise with weapon recoil and their scopes with comically large rectiles.
In the meantime a close alternative is that you can create a custom solo match in Hereford Base with no opponents. There's an outdoor shooting range in Hereford Base, it's also one of their spawn points.
I hate that it's random.
Castle & Montagne still don't have any elite set, however Zofia is getting a 2nd elite & Ash has 3 elites so far... Heck at this point we might see a 2nd Dokkaebi, Ela & IQ elites (via collabs for extra profit / cashflow), than elites for Castle & Monty.
Worst case scenario, they might turn into Konami & their pachinko machines, type of corporation greed.
No you can't. Not for Training Ground game mode. It's random and you have no choice in what game mode or map. As soon as you select difficulty and "Lone Wolf" you are launched into a random map. There are no options anywhere to change this.
Either you're doing something wrong or you're experiencing a bug, because you can. I've set mine to Elimination on House and that's what I get every single time.
