in what way do you think flores is bad?

his role is that of thatchers with different executions/outcomes to remove gadgets for
support to breach site,then can flush out defenders into lines of sight
for you/teammates to get an easy kill.

of course his downsides are he is stuck driving each drone and needs to be in a safe
area (ideally) covered by teammates, it can be shot out before reaching the destination
though it is fairly rare and lastly you do need to be reasonably close to the gadgets you
plan on breaking

in terms of whats better then thatcher on the other hand is
flores gets 4 drones, allowing for some headroom and more options
his drones can force defenders to move into unfavorable locations and
end in your team getting a free kill.his drones will actually fully destroy utility
instead of only disabling it for 15 seconds
Lastly his gadget is still a drone, it can still spot and softping along with doing it's main job .

i would pick thatcher more often over flores
mostly due to ease of use and how safe you are using it
BUT thatcher is banned nearly every ranked game and it doesn't mater what ELO you are,
he's banned a stupid amount. flores has kinda taken his spot in alot of area's
Kali of course.. is an option but her sniper takes alot of practice to be effective with.
flores is basically just a slightly different thatcher.

The problem with Flores is that most rounds are over before you have the change to use him properly. You need a squad to play him.

Flores Is just More explody Version of thatcher Still you Can Use his explosive drones to cut defender escape route Or make for yourself rotation on soft wall

As an Argentian player, Flores is 0% Argentinian, his gadget is trash and the intel you can get with it is 5% because you must be blind or stupid to not notice that drone so it gets spotted and destroyed in seconds.
it takes a lot of time to explode and the drone only goes forward which is a ''shoot me pls''
The only good thing about him it's the AR but i rather play with Thatcher.

There's the explanation above, it's not trolling, you can't play Flores in solo, you need a communicated team to tell them to cover you while you use the drone, if you are outside to use it, Before you realize that all your team got killed. the whole enemy team is looking for you and you can be sure that they're going to notice that useless drone then you look at the time left of the round and you have 30 seconds to get in and win the round and that isn't as easy as you think.

i don't really think you are understanding the point of flores.
he's not to get kills or gather intel
his primary role is to destroy defender gadgets such as kaid and bandit batteries
so that the hard breachers can open site.
while yes, i can agree that it's easy to take his drone out
when nothing is going on.If your teammates are pressuring the defense
taking out his drone is easier said then done, aswel if you already know the wall you would like to go at, finding a route is not that hard and you are usually able to jump then activate the explosive mode, making the drone bullet proof and will get rid of said devices.
he gets 4 of them too, meaning even if you don't get the wall right away.
You have 3 other chances to, most of the time, you are only going to need
to open the main wall into site. There's only a few sites in the entire game
that attackers are going to need to open more then 1/2 walls to enter.

in higher ranked play he's basically a must pick when thatcher is banned.
your only other choice is Kali. Since her Sniper is very situational,
flores is brought far more often due to his fragging power after doing his job
basically, hes much more useful post plant.

in casual and silver (or below) he's not all that useful
due to the lack of coordination on ether team.
He's not a solo operator, it requires team play to get use of his gadget
but that doesn't mean hes bad... there's alot of ops that are not very good for solo
but are insane for 5 stack.
