Nothing can be done since its a multiplayer game and technology isn't good enough to give everyone fiber optic cables to their pc.
Just abuse the heck out of peakers advantage for ez kills.
I remember when I played Call of Duty back in the day and shot an RPG, then when I watched the killcam my RPG never fired. There is a small delay on both ends even if you are on 20 ping.
1) you peek, you get hit and you have 25 hp left;
2) you get to the cover;
1.1) you get killed, because you were still on opponents screen.
Higher comulative latency between both of you makes this worse.
