Can i get banned for using a keyboard macro?

I have a keyboard that supports macros. But I do not use and do not install the macro program. I only have a keyboard that supports macros, but I haven't used them. Will I get banned in Rainbow six siege?

yes you can. If you actually use the macros or install some and use em.

as long as you don't install the software for the macro's you should be fine

one of my mates got perma banned for having a macro that said "ill kiss your dad" and he just would spam it and he got banned

Every keyboard can be used as a macro technically. Even if you buy something like a streamdeck, it won't do you harm unless you use the macro for illegal purposes.
