How do i hear?

It seems like i always getthe direction wrong from where the sound is coming from i recently got a 7.1 headset but it just feels the same to me (I have an Arctis 7 rn) I cant hear a diffrence between right and left up or down.

7.1 is a scam, just use stereo

Turn off the 7.1 surround in software, stereo audio is far superior. (I had the same headset last year)

Do you mind sharing with me your in-game name with me? These sound bugs are incredibly difficult to reproduce in-house, so we're looking for a pattern of behavior within the game. We want to look at specific people who are getting this bug in hopes that it'll help hone in our investigations.
