How to get out of silver?

I have been playing for a month and just switched from CSGO ( I was DMG) and it seems like no matter what I do I can not get out of silver/gold. I am a very consistent player, I drop almost 10+ kills every game with less than 5 deaths, I give as much call outs as I can, I watch cams when I die to let people know where the enemy is, but I just can't seem to win any matches. When I play with my plat buddies I can keep up with them but since I have a f'd sleeping schedule I can only play a game or two with them before they hop off. The r6 discord is full of people who aren't good and solo q is a coin flip and i usually hard carry and still loose. Any tips?

Try to have a solid squad and by "solid" I mean a squad that can play with you more often

Find friends dont play solo. Its enough tip.

Solo queue can get you very far, high plat or diamond if you can. Find defense strats that give you control of your whole objective, be ready to plant on attack. Unfortunately you have to hard carry some (most) games but it is worth it.

Yeah, this is probably the hardest thing I've noticed for solo-queue players. I say this a lot, but the Rainbow 6 Discord really is a great way to find more consistent players to play with, especially if you're tired of relying on randos to pull their weight.

When my Ranked friends stopped playing the game, I had to use the Discord (under a different name of course) to find a team to grind elo with. You'd be surprised how many skills you can learn just by playing with a semi-consistent group!
