Rainbow SIx Siege Error

Every time I join a game in Rainbow Six Siege, the onscreen controls at the bottom of the screen are shown in controller texts. Basically, it shows that I have a controller plugged in when I don't. I can move my mouse but the keys on my keyboard don't do anything in the game as well as my mouse buttons. It won't allow me to control anything, which makes it really annoying. I have plugged in a ps4 and ps5 controller at one point, but i took them out. In the test server and other steam games everything works fine. Please help me.

Try play unplugging all of your USBs and plugging them back in. It's possible it's reading one of the obscure ones as a controller.

Thanks for your feedback! It didn't work, but I'm open to any new suggestions? I should note that when I go into big picture mode on steam there are LB and RB buttons. It only affects siege but i think the problem is because of steam. Also while in the lobby of R6 i can use mnk and also in the select operator part of a match. But when I start the round i can only move my mouse. Also I do not have an xbox or nintendo controller, yet the onscreen controls have RB and LB instead of the ps controls (R2 and L2). Thanks!
