Ask in their support page dude and not in the discussions. No one's gonna side with you here and you're just broadcasting to everyone here that you cheated. Any ban on a cheater is a blessing to anyone here.

To be fair though, there probably was evidence on you... submitted by another player. If it was a false ban though, complain through support instead.

You make your case to them that you were falsely banned and they'll check it out for themselves. If you don't want to go through the case, then you're free to stay banned. Complaining about it here won't do you any good.
