Tachanka is kinda weak.
Feel like they were too scared to go all out with him.

His fires radius is laughably small for how much damage it does and how long it lasts, I'd expect something that you can legitimately just run through to at least last longer or be bigger. If it was any smaller you could just run to the side of it and keep going.

Up the damage, or the radius or the time it lasts for. If you have 8 HP to spare you can just run through, which in most cases won't even lower the TTK on you.

Now onto the LMG. The amount of people I've met that already insist that its a GODLY weapon only to say "It does 61 damage just like when it was mounted" is staggering, it does 48 damage learn to read. The destruction takes half a mag to do what the shotgun does in 2 shots.

The firerate is trash, but not all guns can be good I suppose. But it does affect its ability to win gunfights.


This rework is a let-down for me. Rather have smoke on my team 90% of the time. He actually deters people and can do everything he can but better.

buffing defenders is a slippery slope, the fire is similar to smoke used for plant denial and the lmg has shotgun level destruction in it without the range limitation


and at the en of the day if he is still actually underpowered he can be buffed later anyway

please tell me this is some kind of joke. He's one of the best operators in the game right now. He's a shield counter, his primary is one of the best, and Is great at area denial. I managed to get a defuse using his shumikha that couldn't never happen with any other operator.

tachanka isnt tachanka anymore hes some shirtless overwatch character with a flaming grenade launcher hes garbage and the whole rework was stupid

The GL seems a bit weird to use but has decent amount of ammo and allows for some trickshots.

The LMG is just frost gun

-Being a shield counter is far from being a great defender.
-His LMG sucks, it's more of a utility weapon than a real primary, the SMG is way better.
-He is not really a good area denial (Smoke is the one way better at that), but he is a very solid plant denial operator which seems interesting.
Overall, he is far from being a bad operator, yet I don't see him as one of the best operators.

That may be true, but it's nice to have a long-range gun that can create rotation holes. Shotguns can't compete long range like that. Allows other operators to save impacts for other scenarios like mid-round rotation holes, destroying attacker gadgets, etc.

Our team made some adjustments to his overall kit after his first appearance on the Test Server based on community feedback.

According to players, he was seen as incredibly strong and frustrating to play against, especially due to how many launcher rounds he had, the Withstand ability and the original 50+ damage his primary had on TS. We'll continue to monitor the conversation around the new Tachanka for the time being.

Give him one or maybe two more mags. 140 reserve is not really enough for rotation holes and combat.

I'd like to see an option where you can pick between the grenades working like the do now, where they explode after they bounce off of something, and them working like impact grenades and going off either on impact or one second after firing. Could possibly work like Zofia's gadget in the way you toggle between them?

You all focus on that data. but not the 80% of the gamer base complains about Server connection, Audio and mic bugs. yall bronze 5 when it comes to tech support
