Siege definitely does have a steep learning curve. That's always been the one thing about Siege that gave new players pause long before we began to introduce new maps, operators, and features.
I think that's where T-Hunt comes into play, especially since you can pick and choose which maps you play Elimination on. Not only does T-Hunt help your aim and target selection, running those after awhile can help players learn the maps a bit more.
Casual's (Quick Match) map pool rotates each month. This is done to help maintain a resemblance of freshness when it comes to matchmaking. This is why we suggest new players use the Newcomer playlist to help get acclimated to Siege. That game mode features only three maps, and if memory serves me correctly, they're all comp maps.
Also it's tough yeah it even took me months to get good and that was before newcomers playlist and better matchmaking, just keep playing casual and familiarize every move you make, your teammates' and your enemies', you'll get used to it and eventually you can predict movements, spawns, and even when someone is gonna appear when you spawnpeek. Just never give up dude. Or rather, just go at your own pace, don't play when you're frustrated etc.
I used to be able to TK all of the players in the previous game without any punishment but if I TK more than 1 at the same time, I get suspension.
What does this have to do with anything?
But I didn't know about this actually and it sounds awesome. I am glad you got suspended.
