I think they did remove it in Y3S3, but no one is really sure. Why Ubisoft would remove it is also a mystery.

it was not rare enough for me get it three times in a row (as in the next three legendaries, not three alphapacks) whent it used to drop, now that danm MP5K skin is the next cursed one
