Five Hour Queue Times (Refund My Time Please, Thanks)

Open game at five in the morning. Been on and off queues for Quick Play and Unranked for three hours. Hardly got three games.

ive never had or heard of that for quickplay or unranked lol, but like, of course you're going to have longer queue times early in the morning, just get off and get back on later when people are back on.

it could also be some kinda problem on you're end because i've literally never waited more than 20-30 minutes to get into a ranked match and like no more than 4-5 minutes for a quick match and that's like the worst it's been for finding a quick match

Lol, the player pool at that hour must be tiny as it's the middle of a work/school week and people have better things to do at 5am. Connect to China or something to find more people to play with (although with a horrendous ping).

Hey Salem, we recommend restarting the queue after 3 minutes to avoid issues like this. Which datacenter is it that you were connecting to? Also, Do you usually queue up around 5A.M.? I'm curious about what normal wait times would look like at this time.
