Until they add a dedicated practice mode (which shouldn't be too hard if they can pump out limited-time event modes multiple times a year) I'd stick with Training Grounds and Aim Lab.

it all comes to time spent actually playing imo.
You'll learn from death after death what you can do differently.
Think of this game as the epitomy of negative reinforcement

aim and crosshair positioning from t hunt and utility {good gadget locations} in unranked {unranked so you still get some training with the ranked playstyle {shorter rounds and op bans}

Full transparency, my aim in Siege used to be hot garbage. I couldn't win a gunfight in Ranked to save my life, and it was super embarrassing because I'd stack with my buddies who all had solid aim and I felt like I was getting carried, and I hated that.

This is going to sound cliche, but T-Hunt is king in helping your aim. For hours each day, I'd do multiple runs only leaning left, only leaning right, and not leaning at all. Train all of those. It helps your brain to understand how the recoil feels on each side, so when you're in gunfights your aim isn't thrown off by leaning a specific way. AimLab is cool, but I find practicing on T-Hunt bots to help more.

Additionally, Valorant has a deathmatch that specifically works on your gunplay and fragging potential. I'll run some of those to work on flicks.

when a Ubi mod is telling you to play a different game to practice your aim you know something's wrong

Play Thunt realistic, disarm bomb lone wolf. Bots have faster reaction time (150-170 ms) and hit harder killing you in 2-3 bullets compared to the 5-8 bullets from Thunt in normal; when the defuser is active they tend to attack from 2-3 common pathways at the same time, which helps with flicks & cross hair placement.

Shaiiko, Pengu, Canadian, ziGueira, etc. Practice only in disarm bomb lone wolf for a reason.

You got channels like Disrupt gaming, Braction to get basic stuff down.

With that being said, practice makes the master. If necessary go trial and error until you can control Buck & Twitch recoil on targets post 20m, and put all the magazine on target as example.

Good luck @OP.

Well they can also go play another Ubi game, Hyper Scape the futuristic battle royale game, which btw shares the same sensitivity as siege and got a dedicated practice mode / shooting range / testing range.

And yet Siege still doesn't because... well honestly, who knows.
