I noticed operators have different heights in bios
are they really tall or short in the gameplay itself, or equal?

That's not true though, they have different height which is noticeable when shooting from behind cover. The in-game height is completely unrelated to bio though.
Unless it was changed recently, I remember some operators not being able to shoot above rails on a plane's ladder due to low height.

No I just tried it and everyone's height is indeed identical. No I don't have proof it ever happened, I'm not a psycho who records every second of my gameplay.

The armor and speed mechanics are balanced; they make different operators better suited to different roles like anchor or roamer. Their "superpowers" are also balanced (for the most part). Giving operators different heights is just randomly giving them buffs or nerfs. You should really get some more experience in this game before you start suggesting stuff like this.

Well, not entirely. I think I was under the impression operators heights were different because of different mounting points for various scopes and guns. Like acog on some guns moved the aiming point higher and, well, bullets come out of aiming point in siege, not from the gun. This allowed operators to peek around corners without exposing their heads by leaning and only exposing their sights. Apparently, it was fixed sometime ago and so perceived height difference that I experienced was eliminated as well.

I noticed they are the same height in game too, i think its for balancing reasons.... since Iana is 1.57m and sledge is like 1.9 m, the hitboxes will be massive= easier to kill...
but it would be so much more fun!
