Mouse Acceleration Always On?

I haven't played this game in a while, but it seems that mouse acceleration is enabled by default, and I can't seem to find the option to disable it. Am I just blind or something?

The game does seem to have strange settings options, as I was apparently only able to get above 60 fps by setting everything to ultra, rather than medium like I had had it before.
