For the most part, no and yes, depends. Don't have major apps open (Discord, Origin, Spotify, Google Chrome) then you should be able to play on a lower type frame rate *45-70 possibly* on a low to medium graphic level

Ok so I asked this question because I once had those specs, just said it in chat for fun, and people were like "how is that running it". I had 22-40 FPS. Now I have better specs.

I Have a 2070 super and a ryzen 7 3700x 16 gb ddr4 and i got only 200 fps on ultra some one got a idee why

You should be fine! If I were you, I'd test running the game on DX 11 and Vulkan just to see which one works best for you and your PC rig.

It's a well optimised game, which is actually rare these days, but Ubisoft are killing it these days

I have almost the same specs as you and I get the same fps, that's how it is.

I would say a big fat NO. There's no way you can run it on stable 60 FPS. R6S is NOT well optimized.

Yes you can run it, but I warn you game can crash, lag, freeze and teammates can kick you if you long loading. Better if you play close every app discord etc.

install modern GPU and you're good to go
