Twitch/Ubisoft Account Linking Question
If you have already logged in and linked the accounts together using https://drops-register.ubi.com

Do you have to repeatedly log in through that web address or can you just be watching the Ubisoft stream while logged in to Twitch.tv for time to count towards the charm? Or do you have to relogin to https://drops-register.ubi.com each session?

You just need to be logged into the Twitch account that you linked it to. Make sure you are watching 'rainbow6'.

Good lord, I just checked it, sure as hell you need to be on the R6S one. Wasted 12 hours, how convoluted did this events instructions need to be...

A lot of other people have the same problem. Ubisoft didn't make it especially clear, so hopefully if enough people complain they will give out the charms to all the people who have linked their accounts to the Ubisoft account.

It would be nice to get something other than radio silence from the admins. Ive been watching the discussions and saw, like you pointed out, that I was not the only one with general questions about how to participate in the event. Nothing from anyone though.

Absolutely, especially considering there is a free weekend event going on.
You'd think they would have someone spending some time on the forum, to provide help and support to the new players. As well as for the people who have questions about the new system of linking thier accounts to Twitch.

I certainly am not bitter about the worst case scenario if its the case. That said, I will likely not be trying for another event if they choose not to sort everything out. There are still 12,000 people watching Ubisofts stream, there are also bots only telling people to use the https://drops-register.ubi.com web address. Nothing links to the Rainbow6 stream.
