Yes you can buy on the phone. You just buy it on steam and it will give you the r6 credits.

Ye when Im ingame and click on shop , buy credits it opens a new window and asks me to pay . But I dont have the money on my steam wallet . So that means theres no way to add funds to my account with my phone?
