Do you have your frames counter on while changing loadouts? If so, do your frames dip at all?

no frames stay the same its just it takes a while to click the weapons and i run r6 over 120fps

Its so fking slow, especially on a hard disk drive. On top of that the game just bypass OS cache completely which makes it even worse.

Same. It has been insanely slow for me since Operation Health.

I'm going to move this over to Support to see if they have any insight on this issue. Thanks for reporting!

Whole UI (menu, loadouts, operators customization, etc.) is slow and everything reacts with delay. Sad truth is that's how UI in games is designed to operate nowadays. I would love to see in game speed of quake 3 arena UI where everything reacts instantly, follow mouse properly unlike in siege where my mouse is on different element of menu but highlighted one is different.

And yes, i'm not talking about fps but about general behavior of UI which is one of very few things i do not enjoy in this game.

I agree, but I thought it was intentional behavior (bad design)

It is and i'm not fan of that design.
Thanks for the comments on this, we'll forward it on as a suggestion for improvement in the future.
