I though Rook was FBI untill I actually looked at the operator shop, just because of his voice lines and operator videos in which he doesn't sound french at all.

In his bio, it's said that Rook learned english at one point, so it sorta makes sense.

Its called Accent. Just because they know english DOESNT MEAN THEIR ACCENT SHOULD CHANGE!!

French English accent should NOT go full american english accent -.-
