If that was true all the walls in front of the sniper would burst open at the same time rather than in a order. Wouldn't it? Instead of 1-2-3 walls in a row it they would all blow at the same time. Hitscan means 0 travel time. I have really low ping like 9ish and I've notice having a low ping is a hinderance because I'm shooting where they are rather than where they will be as people with higher ping have. Due to the nature of KALI it's oddly a situation where having low ping is actually a bad thing. Since I have to lead the projectile, which I think is what it is.
I guess technically now that I've thought about it I realize all the guns are projectile that's why two player can shoot each other at the same time.
Nice necro. Also you're wrong, Kali's gun, alongside every other gun, is hitscan.
