No holiday pack?

I just saw on Discord the notification for the holiday pack, but when I go look at my packs it's not there. Is there something specific I need to do to get the holiday pack?

(EDIT: For clarification I'm not actually in the Discord server, I'm part of a game news Discord server that has the announcement channel webhook, otherwise I'd just ask in the Siege Discord server itself. I'll go looking there too.)

Try restarting your game, it should show up then!

Restarted the game like 3 times still don't have the Holiday Pack don't know what's happening

I think it is too. Any ideas on how to fix it?

I restarted and it was there for me, as well as a Nighthaven pack that wasn't there before. Just keep restarting the game I guess! Otherwise their Discord said to contact Ubisoft support.
