you have to buy the year 1 season pass, which unless you have none of Y1 dlc ops, it probably isn't worth it at this point.

and then activate it on uPlay. I made a post about this earlier, and I also have screenshots proving that I got the Hibana Slicer uniform in 2017. Good luck! :D

I am in the same pickle. Though, I am from Europe and that amazon item is exactly what I'm looking for, but people say it's region locked and you can't buy it from outside US. :(
