Go for live support chat rather than the normal ticket for faster responses.
You do nothing and hope that someone else reported them or battle-eye detects them and bans them during a banwave. Reporting them is sometimes more quicker than waiting for a banwave
Banwaves are group of hackers that are banned at the same time. I think Ubi piles them up in a list first before they ban them on some occassions.
Actually as far as I am aware of, the live support chat will only create the ticket for you and forward the ticket to the proper team, when you select the proper categories, it won't be any different.
Yeah, in a sense. But I find the replies to my reports go a lot faster than going for the normal ticket when it comes to receiving emails about it.
Hi,
For cheaters, make sure you're reporting them in-game. Additionally, you can reach out to our Support team[support.ubi.com] with images or videos of whoever's cheating.
BattlEye has its moments, it can find cheats, or it can overlook them, it's like a 50/50 sorta thing, reporting/opening a support ticket definitely helps though, as it should show plenty of proof or at least bring light to the "hacker" making them look into them to see if they really are cheating.
Some are pretty well hidden, others are in plain sight. But with the new replay mode you can now get proof for them hacking or you can go back to make sure whether they're hacking or not, allowing players to see what the BattlEye can't.
