Agree wholeheartedly. Sledge's gadget is really easy to get use because it's so straightforward, and Rook's, not only provides utility to a team, but is something you can just drop down and not worry about.
Clearly the best operators for new players are Tachanka and Kali.
They're the easiest operators to use!
Everyone's opinion is valid. For a new player, how about you open up why you feel that, and what they can expect out of that?
Didn't think you'd take that seriously.
😅
Man, you never know.
Alternatively, Mute. He has pretty basic gadget but is still powerful due to his ability to deny intel. He has solid weapons, namely the MP5K and SMG-11, which has a little bit of kick on it.
On attack, Sledge. He is really easy to get used to, solid guns, most straightfoward gadget this game has to offer and nobody will be pressuring you to open up a reinforced wall (if you're playing Thermite or such).
IQ is also really good operator to begin with. You will learn maps and default cam spots faster than your Ash main can have the hostage secured and you'll get general idea of defenders gadgets and where they will be placing them. If enemy team has Valkyrie, chances are very likely she has thrown a camera outside, so start swinging that scanner like a lightsaber.
