Connetion Issues in EU

Since Y5S1 I have had this issue where i get random ping spikes and its been throwing my game and i have tried everything to try and fix, however since this season (Y5S2) i have been getting disconnected from uplay servers (i play alot of unranked and ranked so this gives me penalties which is complete unfair that i am ruining my skill based matchmaking because i lost connection )
and it always is at the very end so i complete the whole match then get disconnected like i just abandon at the begin. if you know someone or something that can help then please tell me because i am so ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ bored of this.
