R4-C slow ads time
Does the R4-C have an extremely slow ads time or is it just me?

It's pretty slow, yeah. SMGs have 300ms standard ADS time, while rifles have 450 (R4C included) and LMGs have 500ms.

It's not just you. It's a well known disadvantage of every single rifle.

I'm pretty sure the OP means slow ADS in comparison with other rifles.

In that case.. It'd be just the feeling, due to a different shape of weapon.
For example, I do feel like Type 89 is a really light assault rifle, with the highest penetration, and lowest damage drop-off, but those are my thoughts, a personal opinion.

Still, I'm a bit.. disappointed, as only Hibana can use Type. I'd love to play with more characters, who'd have such a great weapon!
That'd certainly reduce the pick-ratio of Hibana.

Yeah it really feels that way, although I do run angled on pretty much everything so maybe that's why
