Help, stuck at 20fps.

Can anybody help at all?
Ever since update ember rise I've been stuck at 20fps, tried dropping graphics to lowest possible, stuck at 20fps, doesn't move down or up at all.

Tried uninstalling and reinstalling, no go. Prior i had no issues running high fps until the update.

Pc has the specs to run it at highest setting, temporary fix been playing it on console 🤮😂

Any suggestions appreciated.

Can you give us the specification for your PC?

if you use a laptop, try to confirm if you are using discrete graphics . It can provide a higher number of frames than integrated graphics.

Prior it would run around 100fps all day everyday no hassles on high settings. Now it wont.

I have had it boot up once since this issue started and ran fine, but came back next time i tried to play.

Any other games you can try? Can you monitor GPU usage, GPU clockspeed, GPU temperature, CPU clockspeed, and CPU temperature in game using Rivatuner?

Have you reimaged your computer recently? Might be time to. Also make sure you're running up to date nVidia drivers.

Every other game works a treat, just r6 siege is having issues.

That should push the game up to like 150 fps. The f*ck.

Temps and so on are good. Everything is up to date. Zero issues on any other game but siege.

Yeah i know, i use to run around 100fps atleast. But now it wont move off 20, doesn't go up or down even 1 fps.

I would go nuclear. Activate Fast Sync in NVCP for R6 Siege and turn off Vsync in game. See what happens.

i think your 1080 is not working, try to choose it for R6S in Nvidia control panel

Fast sync should unlock your fps entirely. But I don't recommend it if you use Freesync/Gsync. If nothing happens, try enabling it globally.
