She's chinese canadian. Also, till now (other than japan) almost all of the operators are from europe. Considering Asia has some of the finest special forces, its not surprising.

And this is just my opinion but Asians like me play lot of games like this. they want to promote the game by adding their countries. just my opinion though.

Let just say that not many African countries have elite level special forces like SAS, Navy SEALS etc.. and Middle eastern countries will show up soon I bet.
FYI, Korea Japan and China has one of the best counter terrorism units and seriously underrated because there are relatively less terrors going on there.
Might just mean that they are doing good job at it, so they are not well known.
