How to report someone after they left the match?

Best thing to do is to have something like shadow play running in the background, that way you can always record the last few minutes. Otherwise wait for the match replay feature coming in 2 seasons, that will basically be the same thing when it comes to reports...
If you don't have that and didn't report in time then I guess you can't do anything.

If you go to UbiClub and navigate to recent players, you should be able to report them from there.
