What is your computer specs? I have a Intel I7 9700K @3gHZ and a NVIDIA GEFORCE GTX 1660 and had the same problem but on every map. (its a great PC) My CPU was too hot all the time because my exhaust fan could barely keep up with the heat being produced. Now I have one of the panels open on my case to give my CPU some breathing room. Try opening task manager and see which unit or driver is performing the worst.

Chalet particularly if you spawn campfire, oversees a large territory with a lot of assets on it. My game used to run 90 fps with a 2018 mobile CPU and GPU and it is quite hard to not lag. When spawning campfire and overlooking gaming room, the frames droo to 50 fps.
