Assuming the players are consistently reported they will be banned. Did you report these players yourself?

Saw the same thing. They were too scared to accept my friend request where I could speak to them freely but they were able to spam the n word and other things without any issues? I thought that gets reviewed or something.

1. report them and shut up.

2. ubi will, after enough people reporting them, ban them

3. if you have a big issue with these people, like at that very moment, either turn off chat or leave the game (if it's not ranked)

we qued with them 2 times me and 3 friends reported them like 6 times and 1 random did

No, they won’t get banned. Insidious reported two of them. I wrote the support and made a picture of racist behaviour. Nothing happends. It’s like with cheaters, Ubi can’t do anything.
