Lag with low fps

I have a trouble with the game.
while playing there is something strange happens
My ping becomes about 20 while I'm really about 90 ?
and I have a low fps (about 17)
It remains for about 2 minutes and then when I plug out my charger and re-plug it again the game returns to its 60 fps and 90 ms ping and I'm in this loop...
This is so mad and I can't play with such a bug so I hope you answer me :)

Hey ♥♥♥! A couple questions for you! Are you playing on a wifi connection or an ethernet connection? Also, as you referenced the charger, I assume you're playing on a laptop?

yes I play on laptop but the game was good before

Does it seem like your laptop might be switching between the dedicated and integrated GPU's at all? Also are you experiencing this with other games?

The problem is with just r6s not with other game
I didn't realise if it's switching or not rly
