Random crouching and knifing

I'll be playing and I crouch and knife without pressing the keys does anybody have a fix? It's impossible to play.

if ur key board has macros it could be those on cheap keyboards where u set the macros by just pressing buttons so it might trigger on its own or ur keyboard is broken

I've been having this same issue recently myself, wondered if it was my keyboard dying but there's no sign of this happening in any other game
clearly it's not specific to the new update, what's the deal?
