Bug where Lesion's Gu mines are not triggering Assists as they should be doing
This week I've had multiple different games where I poisoned enemies with a Gu mine, then my allies proceeded to kill those enemies, yet I never received any Assists for those kills.

And I've also had other games where the Assists from Gu do work as intended and I do get proper Assists credit for them.

So I'm not saying this bug happens all the time, which it doesn't. But it does happen sometimes.

Does Ubisoft know about this bug? Have any of you experienced it too? Hopefully some other players will corroborate what I said here so Ubisoft will take note of the bug and then fix it.

Otherwise, Lesion players will continue to be getting ripped off sometimes, by not receiving the Assists that they rightfully earned according to the rules of the game.

This is not a bug. Gu mines do not deal initial damage anymore. Meaning that if an enemy steps on a Gu mine, and takes it out before receiving any damage and then they get killed, the Lesion player will not receive an assist because they did not do any damage.

However, if the enemy steps on the Gu mine, and leaves it in and then receives damage from it overtime and then gets killed, the Lesion player will receive an assist because they did some damage. That's why you only sometimes get an assist.

it's not a bug, now they changed lesion so the gu doesn't deal immediate damage, so if the attacker takes it off immediatly he doesn't take damage so you don't get the assist

Well, that's a terrible & totally unnecessary & unfair nerf then.

And it also directly contradicts Lesion's voice-acting, wherein he says "This will sting a lot!"

He doesn't say "This will sting a lot!...except for if the enemy takes it out right away, in which case it will have been totally useless and have done absolutely nothing."
Pretty lame nerf... No more assists when playing Lesion.

Well actually the nerf was deserved, Lesion was way too powerful, and this is coming from a person who enjoys playing Lesion a lot.

And no not really, it doesn't contradict at all really with his voice line because they still step on it and scream. Also, you shouldn't connect realism too much with this game when balance should always take priority over realism.
