Ember Rise

Just a quick question to the community here, what do you guys think about the Ember rise uniform headgear. As someone moving around graphics settings and adjusting things. It seems a lot of the time i can hardly see the player with this specific uniform. Do you all think it should be removed or what do we think?

Ember rise was horrendous.

Amaru is the worst operator that’s ever been brought to this game.

And I know she has decent guns and perform okay off of that. But gadget wise it’s borderline useless. And lore wise it’s even more of the joke.

The cosmetics themselves from ember rise are definitely problematic luckily I haven’t seen many people with them

Personally don't mind the ops, Amaru i've used many times for entry and her secondary shotty for soft destruct and vertical gameplay. Goyo is a(n) amazing op for time wasting not to mention his TCS is a nightmare to fight against with the dmg being 84 a shot (if i remember correctly)

The uniform itself blends in partly with dark surroundings, there was a reddit post of a player that had an alibi skin and you could hardly see it on the map Villa.

I think what we need is an option to turn off cosmetics client side. Ubisoft seriously needs to start looking into this because its something that's been requested by the community for a while now.

I mean personally just gently move ranked into PL sets. Scoring off and certain uniforms are banned etc. I think it would be amazing to have a setting or a general addon of removing cosmetics to see how well others can perform.

I've been asking for this practically all year. Every competitive-oriented game SHOULD have this option from the get-go.

Well as far as i am aware they are banned in competitions, should tell you how ubi doesn't know whats it's doing with skins

They only see skins as $$$ without knowing how it can also be problematic because how camos work. It's not a realistic mil-sim game and it sort of in a way promotes P2W elements to have an unfair advantage.

Amaru is one of the best character design I have seen in a long time, however her abilty is awful, but at least she has decent access to some good weapon choice. Goyo is just as useless with his abilty. They are some of the worst operators I have seen.

The only thing there was good with Ember Rise was the rather unique Ember Rise Uniform we got with the packet. I know that the Ember Rise Uniform has been banned i Pro League because it clearly give advantage on some maps.
