Alibi is more into pizza
Choose wisely
Yep
Yeah, but people rarely risk it since they fear that once they get close to the Evil Eye, there's an operator hiding somewhere near since they keep getting scanned unless the Evil Eye is within grenade range.
Both are great operators. I know it sounds cliche, but you can't go wrong with either, but both have very different playstyles.
Maestro is an anchor who sits on or near-site with his Evil Eyes. They're good for shooting defender utility like drones and even Thermite/Hibana pellets. His Alda is a super-strong defender weapon, even without an ACOG. He's great for those who want to play support.
Alibi is all about smoke and mirrors. In a game where a split second can mean life or death, her Prisma provides just the right amount of time to gain the upper hand on the attackers. Her MX4 Storm is actually in the top three best defender weapons in the game. She's a great roamer who has impacts to support her roaming capabilities.
I'd suggest getting both if you can, that way you have a bit of variety in your play styles.
