Not anything magical, not anything ultra futuristic and cyber punk (echo and lesion), just a good beliavable uniform, something the devs forgot for the sake of fortnite skins

Not really. The point of R6 was to collect different opperators from different special ops groups. Nokk is from the Jaeger Corps, and is wearing their current uniform. Each opperator is wearing the uniform of their respective unit (with a few exceptions here and there).
