Im on KAFE DOSTOYEVSKY right, I break hatch, drop down and get into that christmas tree room right and my team all other 4 just stand there, looking into skylight, get down here and help, I need Thatcher to throw his EMP so I can blow up the wall and plant, nope we all gotta watch skylight and do completly nothing and then when I die boom ok lets go guys, I just hit esc and leave the comp game, not worth my time

Alright, first of all, what rank group are you in? Typically Coppers-Silvers are pretty unconfident and tend to hold the same angles on things together

Second of all, that room is called "piano room"

Lastly, did you use your mic and ask Thermite/Hibana to blow open the red stairs wall? Or was it an expectation?

Yup, im bronze 5, everyone that i see thats my rank and around it is extremly scared of peeking and pushing, same with me, mainly because horrid map knowledge and lack of skill

You will never get better by just doing nothing though. Just pick your entrance in the prep faze, drone the area out and ready it on a convenient spot so you can cover yourself as you enter the building.

When you get in be mindful of roamers. A lot of them in low Bronze just hole themselves in a small tiny corner on the other side of the map from the bombsite and wait for a free kill so drone a lot and make your way towards the bombsite.

If you weren't stomping around so that the whole building knew where you were and destroyed cameras on the way then you will likely achieve a bit of a surprise and be rewarded with at least one free kill.

Your success will also give a bit of courage to your teammates who will finally enter the building.

Maby you didn't communicate your plan? If there was no plan it makes sens that people try to secure kills from safety outside before pushing.
