Kaid TCSG12
Extra 11 rounds is nice but since it deals 57 damage and it is a high recoil-semi shot slug shotgun,you lose most of your gun fights.Damage should be at least 65-70.What do you guys think?

It has high recoil and a small mag size as well as being semi-auto, the only advantage it's ever had over ARs was low TTK on bodyshots and they've taken that away too...

If they are going to make it a 3 shot kill, they should've given it a muzzle brake option its atleast usable.

Do you feel the TCSG is a weak weapon now due to the nerf? 57 damage is still enough to down/ kill an operator in 2-3 shots, maybe 4-ish depending on the distance. The recoil is high, I will agree on that.

Recoil and drop off is too high, now that regular DMRs had their destruction buffed, this is just a bad DMR.

What's your point in even asking? Say against Kali, who can one shot down, it's absolutely useless.

I'd take the AUG and go for the head over the shotgun any day. Besides, all that's going for Kaid is to electrify reinforced walls, which is more or less what Bandit can do, and even more of them so. It's not an OP that's useful in every map situation.

I advise taking a look at Rogue-9's damage spreadsheet[docs.google.com] to get an idea of just how awful it is now. At 21 meters, it requires 4 bodyshots to down a one armor, and 5 shots for other armor types. The damage drop-off is absolutely RIDICULOUS. And in case you were under the impression that 21 meters is an absurd distance that gunfights never realistically occur in, please take a look at this screenshot:

This weapon is absolutely unusable at ranges where you'd expect it to be strong in, and given the high recoil, small magazine, and semi-auto nature of the weapon, I think it DESERVES to be strong. You guys have nerfed the one weapon in the game that actually takes skill to use effectively, while leaving other operators with 800 RPM laserbeams that practically play the game for you.

Small comment, since weapon already uses ADS time of DMRs and not shotgun (since devs said they consider this a DMR pretty much) would suggest drasticly buffing the range then, a DMR made for close range is just a bad pistol.

Tbh it shoots like a shotgun and even says semi-auto shotgun when you pick Kaid. It's just not like the pump actions.

Also, Kaid's pistol is kinda trash. If you round it up, over all he's not really a great OP lol.

Yea. His gadget is great and the AUG is an okay weapon. Overall I wouldn't say he is a bad op, but he isn't a strong one either.

I've actually been playing Kaid lately with the Aug sometimes, like when I get garage of Consulate where the garage doors are best off electrified, it's a decent gun for headshotting and such, but that's about it going for him.

I used to do Smoke but after they took out his nades so gg...

Now that the damage is so low, its pretty ineffective except for just barrel stuffing and then emptying the magazine seeing that after the first shot or two you will get return fire. Recoil and damage are very disproportionate imo.

Update-It takes 5 shots to kill an operator after damage drop off.Considering this weapon is made for long range gun fights,this makes the gun useless.Kaid also has the worst SMG in the game without an ACOG.I wouldn't be suprised to see Kaid below 10 percent pickrate this season.

Kaid pretty much only has 1 weapon,his mini pistol's recoil is not controllable at all.TSCG12 is a semi shot shotgun that deals 57 damage,which is horrible.The only viable gun is his aug which is below average.

Edit: Whole point of Kaid is to electrify hatches,or he is picked for certain maps (i.e kanal).He is a 3 armor operator with 3 garbage tier guns,he has a great ability,sure,but why not pick maestro over him then?You can put evil eye's near hatches.Maestro's ability is stronger,his gun is the best defender gun in the game and he has a mini shotgun.What's the point of Kaid?

Kaid may not be useful in hatches surrounded with soft floor but he is quiet useful when thatcher or kali is dead. Literally there's a lot of CTU that can destroy maestro's evil eye. You can block the maestro cam with your body and let thermite put his gadget.
