is there any way for me to check when I can change my name again?

You should be able to check that by going to your Uplay account settings.

The only way I think you can do that is by checking r6.tracker and seeing when your last name was set. After that reaches 30 days old you can change it.

When i do that, it just shows the first name i've got.

Well, if its your first time checking the website then yeah it might only have your current name stored. Next time you change name though it will store it and the date.
