Maybe you get it by beating a player who's got the charm?
First only the devs had the charm, they played and lost, someone got the charm, they played and lost. And it's gonna spread to most people eventually.

I got it after winning a ranked game with me and two other friends
PS. game ended 4 to 2

I checked after every game if i got it. And i finally got it today with my first game after winning 4-1 on coastline. i was playing in a squad of 3. Both mates were friends on uplay and they got it aswell. Just pointing out all details in case thats important.

It's confirmed you need a squad of 3 and you'll get it.

I played in a 3 man squad for the last 2 days, even won a lot of matches (got winning streak battle pass challenge with them)
None of us have it

No, it's a squad of 4. Ubisoft said "grab 3 friends!" so if you know basic calculation you should know that's 4

I played a match with 2 friends and won and we all got it.
I swear when I got on the game a couple hours ago I read like "grab a squad of 3 and get the charm" but now I can't find that text anymore. It must've been a dream.
