Hi Floral,
So just for clarification, your customizations are being reset every time you turn the game on? For how long as this been happening?
It's since the Year5 update. I'm using the Vulkan launch option if that is relevant.
Hey there.
Have you both tried resetting your user profile? This is known to resolve this issue for some players. It will clear your loadouts hopefully for one for final time and reset your progress with Situations. Please see the steps at this link[support.ubisoft.com] for info on how you can do this.

Thank you for your reply.
As a siege veteran, it has happened to me way too me many times, the save file gets corrupted too easily. Another questiin - why isn't the file saved kn server side, thats how it will be harder to corrupt it?
Hey there!
For now, there are no open plans to change the location of saves, as these involve loadouts and situation progress, while details such as; progress, rank, in-game transactions are held server side.
However we will pass your feedback and suggestion onto the team for their consideration.
Thank you

The solution I shared above does resolve the issue for a lot of players however unfortunately the issue can return in future on some occasions. If you haven't already please give this a try and let us know how you're getting on.
Thanks
